This is a physical job that will require you to sit and/or stand for long periods, help unload deliveries and move or reposition equipment weighing up to 75 lbs. on occasion.

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

You will report to a local manager and join a busy team of 8 to 10 performing different tasks in the warehouse/light production area. You'll handle a variety of tasks involved in shipping and receiving equipment and materials. In the process you'll use internal computer systems, such as our ERP, as well as shipping portals.

More specifically, you will:
  • Coordinate and support all aspects of shipping into and out of the Stereo office.
  • Support both domestic and international shipping arrangements.
  • Fully document transactions of all product in Microsoft Great Plains.
  • Understand the portals used for shipment of product for each of the carriers used.
  • Communicate to the team any issues or delays experienced in the shipment coordination.
  • Complete, maintain and process pertinent paperwork.
  • Represent the company in the appropriate manner in the industry including timeliness, personal habits and appearance.
  • Keep management informed of significant issues.
  • Assist with the Stereo Production side of the business as needed.
  • Handle other duties as assigned by manager.
